Junior School (Reception to Year 6)

Our Junior School provides young learners with the opportunity to learn through collaboration with others and become literate, numerate and effective communicators as they build the foundations of their knowledge and understanding. Growing and learning in a nurturing environment creates moral, compassionate and ecologically aware beings, enabling children to become Relationship Builders and seek to better understand the world around them.

Together, we journey to develop intercultural and globally minded citizens that actively search for future discoveries. We strive to raise both hearts and minds by focusing on positive self esteem and helping young children feel confident about who they are.

Inclusive Education and Learning Assistance

St Joseph’s is committed to the inclusion of all students. We have a strong emphasis on early intervention for students who need some additional support from the learning program and time in class, whether that is help with reading, speech pathology, occupational therapy or those students with special disabilities
